We would also like to announce that, for the 3rd year in a row, we are keeping the prices the same for our turkeys and hams! In a time when prices are going up everywhere, we are doing our best to save you where we can!

Happy Tuesday!

Gold leaf cowboy ribeye anyone?

Get a ribeye cut to your liking for your special occasions! Adding gold leaf to it makes a nice touch if you have any golden birthdays coming up!

To get a perfectly cooked cowboy ribeye: do a reverse sear. Preheat your oven to 300° while melting some butter or tallow in your cast iron skillet. Season your steak to your choice. Bake in the oven until it reaches the temp of your choice (we did 120°). Remove it from the oven and let it rest a little while. Remove liquids from your cast iron (makes a great gravy or dip!) then sear your steak on both sides.
