Blue Heron Aquaculture is New Hampshire's very first commercial shrimp farm. Located in Seabrook, NH, we are a sustainable, land-based, year-round operation using advanced recirculating aquaculture systems to raise responsibly farmed shrimp that go from our tanks straight to your table!

In other words, we're just a couple of shrimp farmers.

Shrimp is the most consumed seafood in the world, and yet New England lacks a local, fresh supply. We are here to change that and we hope you join us for the ride!

Follow along for more updates while we finalize our buildout, fill our tanks, and start raising our first batch of shrimp!
