After some great reviews yesterday at the tailgate!! (to bad after 9 months off nothin's changed).. this coming weekend i will be brewing a pale ale and a amber using water from lake george. which ever comes out the best will be in for future consideration for a upgraded 5-10 gallon batch.

Also coming up is a white IPA.. with hints of coriander and bitter orange peel. est abv is 5.6%

Fef 22 will be the release date of Bavarian heff, wilfred brimleys oatmeal stout, and sagaS'more stout.

Till than, this weekend, is BYOB (bring your own bottle).. bring a special bottle of beer OF awesome food. then next week continues the clear the beer series. you come empty handed, leave loaded!!!

So looks like we are finally back up and running, after a much needed hiatus. To start things off this weekend. We are doing 3 batches. First is a heff, than oatmeal stout and for sh*ts and giggles a s'more stout. We still have plenty of harvest beers so friday, come on down and clear the beer!!!

Wait, is this SBB reporting??.. why yes it is.. so in the midst of the storm i brewed a Peanut Butter Sandy Time brown ale. It is just what it sounds like and will be ready in 3 weeks.. For all that care i will be throwing a lights off pants off party.. its what it sounds like and sounds like fun!

In Case of emergency, use the SBB Headquaters as a fall out shelter, we have plenty of beer, snacks, and a cold concrete floor!!!

So after much anticipation.. I recieved the results from the competition. We came in 7th and got an overall score of 35-50!!!!...
