Introducing a miniature version of our regular size tamales! In this recipe we turned out smokers ablaze and made a smokey version our our Chicken Tamales in Salsa Verde!

We had the pleasure of catering a late night snack at a quince last night. Our elote was served with a handcrafted chipotle aioli, cilantro, queso fresco, lime, and a selection of our handcrafted salsas.

Guests also had a selection of freshly made agua frescas to choose from.
