Word’s getting around that That Good Smoke is officially going FULL TIME, and one thing we’re especially excited about is having the time to bring back our freshly ground BRISKET BURGERS! 🙌

If you’ve been missing these bad boys… we’ve got you covered. 😍 Fresh-ground brisket, cooked up right and loaded the way a burger should be.

We’re beyond excited for this next chapter and for everything we’ll be able to bring back to the menu — plus maybe a few NEW things too. 👀🔥

We have some exciting news to share!

After years of juggling a full-time job while building That Good Smoke BBQ & Grill on the side, we’ve decided it’s time to take a big leap of faith. We’re trusting God, stepping out in faith, and officially going FULL TIME with our business!

We are incredibly thankful for every person who has supported us, booked us, shared our posts, stopped by the truck, or simply encouraged us along the way. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

With this new chapter, we’re excited to have more availability for catering, private events, community events, parties, weddings, business lunches, and more! If you have an event coming up and need some good food, we would absolutely love the opportunity to serve you.

Here’s to trusting God, chasing the dream, and seeing where He takes That Good Smoke BBQ & Grill next. 🙏🏼🔥
