Always thought there would be a beautiful, poetic, fluffy post when this dream came to fruition.

But. There are absolutely no words to describe this moment for our family.

The day we planted our Cabernet, we jokingly wondered how long it would be before a vintage was produced that was worthy of our own vineyard designation. As grape growers, seeing your vineyard or family name on a bottle of wine is the pinnacle.


This one is for the dreamers and the hustlers.
If it were easy, everyone would do it.

Our 2018 Brennan Vineyards Soleado Cabernet is now available in single bottles for the first time ever! This special Brennan release is produced in limited quantity, and is one of our finest wines. Join us as we raise a glass to celebrate the bounty of our 2021 Harvest!

Brennan Vineyards is proud to be one of only two producers sourcing fruit from the esteemed Soleado Vineyard located in Seagraves, Texas, in the Texas High Plains AVA. Its 10 acres feature Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, and Viognier. The Cabernet we’ve sourced for this special wine is the popular Cabernet Sauvignon Clone 8 which has the traditional qualities our customers love. Its dark color, good tannin structure, and flavors of dark fruit, spice, and slight herbal character make for a truly special bottle of Cabernet.

Carmènére...

Our international grape of mystery.

She beautiful for a million reasons; but the variety has an interesting history!

Once thought to be of Chilean origin, it was later found that it was first planted in Bordeaux as the offspring of Cabernet Franc and Trousseau.

It is often mistaken for Merlot, but has much more defined characteristics that make it so unique.

The Carmènére is planted our Butcher Block; the former site of a slaughter house/ butcher from days gone by.
