If you ever see low prices on local meat, be wary. People will go to a cattle sale, buy some cows not knowing how they were raised, antibiotics, feed, disease, etc. and take them directly to a butcher and then sell the meat.
If it's less than 6 bucks a pound, it's suspicious.
