PLANT CAESAR. 💋

This salad will truly never get old. I make many many versions of it but this is my “lazy” version when I want a quick lunch for us. Restaurant quality salad in 10 minutes! 👌

Ingredients:

Chopped romaine

Chopped cabbage

Diced radish

Croutons ( from will change your life..)

Crispy chickpeas (drain, rinse, pat dry, toss in organic corn starch and cook in avocado oil over medium heat until very crispy. Add salt + pepper!)

Avocado

Sesame seeds

Cilantro (inspired by !)

Premade dressing! I love Caesar mixed with a little tamari!

Dash of salt and pepper on top!
