S&E Homestead Family owned and operated We are a small family-owned business located in Arkansas just starting out with the goal of growing into something more.

We currently offer manure tea, a cow-based fertilizer on a small scale, meant for household plants and small personal gardens. We are working towards offering worms, worm tea, and manure within the next year. Our worms are excellent for both gardening and fishing! We hope to continue to grow even more from there and are so excited for all of our family and friends to come along with us on this new adventure.

Indoor garden update. The peas and green beans got put into the big pots, and moved to the very bottom. The tomatoes and peppers will join them once they get big enough. I did all the repotting outside and the grean beans were not here for it 🤣, them leaves started sagging!

It is super frustrating the amount of fake spam orders I get. I am not currently advertising on my page that I take orders. I do have people who place orders with me, but I personally know them, however, I am trying to grow, so of course I'm going to message back. Already had one try to do the venmo scam, and now two more. So that's fun. Anyways here's some homemade sourdough biscuits with sausage gravy.

Indoor garden update. All of the seeds sprouted and almost all have moved to new homes! The green beans are taking off, peas are doing great, and both have been moved down to the big grow light. I also bought the last of the clearance grow lights from my local store, so we are set for starting another shelf in the dinning room. At some point I'll clean my bathroom up (having a 1 year old who loves to pull everything out of the drawers makes the job seem impossible 🙃) and take a really good picture of our set up. I'll also be adding a humidifier when winter hits. For now they just get a little shower spray when needed 😂 oh and sticky notes are so I don't forget what's what's.

Something unrelated to food for once, we are currently trying out an indoor garden! Lettuce, spinach, peas, green beans, tomatoes, and peppers! We will be using grow lights on a shelving system to grow them in pots.
