We sell all sorts of fresh beef, pork and chicken products, along with fresh catfish and gulf coast shrimp. We also offered several prepared foods, including smoked meats, turkeys, sausages and pork. Tuesday through Saturday we also do prepared lunches. Like our page to get updates with the weekly menus. We also have a Banquet room for rent. Inquire at the market for prices.

🦌 🦌 Deer Processing 2026-27 🦌 🦌

With the early season Velvet hunt starting this weekend, we wanted to let everyone know we will start accepting deer on Tuesday, September 1st.

As most know, we only take them quartered and in an ice chest! No drop offs unless a worker is present! Please pull around to the back and knock on the door!

I have attached a list of all of our specialty items below! Summer sausage, snack sticks, and brats! We also added jalapeño cheese & pineapple summer sausage and jalapeño cheese & pineapple brats to the lineup this year! We did some last year for customers at the end of the season and they turned out amazing!

Basic deer processing is available too.
$75 is the processing charge for steak and grind. That gets all of your steaks cut and your burger ground! We can also add beef or pork fat if wanted!

Breakfast sausage and bacon burger are options as well! Both are very popular with our customers! We do mild or hot on the breakfast sausage.

Back to school time means easy dinner ideas! 📚 🏫 📕 ✏️

Pop a chicken bomb or Razorback roll into the oven or air fryer paired with peppers and twice baked taters!

We also have brisket, pulled pork, and sliced smoked turkey in boil bags that you just throw in boiling water for 10 minutes and your dinner is ready! Add bacon burger baked beans or potato salad for a full meal!
