Think vegetables are always the answer?
Not so fast.
If you struggle with gas, bloating, abdominal distention, IBS symptoms, or you've had your gallbladder removed, the type of vegetable you eat matters just as much as eating vegetables in the first place.
Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and kale are nutritional powerhouses. They're packed with fiber, antioxidants, and compounds that support detoxification and long-term health.
But for some people, eating them daily can leave them feeling miserable.
Instead, consider building most of your week around easier-to-digest options like:
• Yellow squash
• Zucchini
• Green beans
• Carrots
• Cucumbers
• Bell peppers
Then rotate cruciferous vegetables in 1-2 times per week instead of forcing them every day.
Remember: the healthiest diet is the one your body can actually tolerate and absorb.
Nutrition isn't about suffering through symptoms. It's about finding what works for YOU.
Eat with Purpose. Live with Power.
