A bittersweet day for us, as we part with our beloved food truck. What a dream-maker she has been, and we are so glad she can be a part of a new story.
This afternoon we took her to her new home at Mainescape Garden Shop to be another fabulous addition for Naiad Country Brewery owner Spencer, who has been looking to extend food options to his businesses. I am not sure if you are familiar with his endeavors, but he started a brewery here in Midcoast and has quickly gained attention, awards, and even made the top 26 National list for best new breweries in the U.S. (https://vinepair.com/articles/best-new-breweries-2025/)
Spencer was one of our first customers when we started our food truck and I know our truck we be a great new asset to his growing empire. The connection makes us so happy. It is amazing how we are all intertwined.
This lad is really leading with passion, and any good vibes or support this community can give him would be to our collective benefit. I am sure you are familiar with the glorious Blue Hill location of Mainescape, but if you haven't? Spend a sunny afternoon walking through the magical seas of flowers, and end it around the fire at Naiad Country Brewery enjoying one of his award winning "malt-forward" offerings.
He and his companion "Larry Bones" are often around town, so send a smile and a wave their way!
We are excited about being a small part of his new venture and wish nothing but success.
** Don’t worry, you will still see us at a few events around the state. We still have our little bus. We are just realizing that the long weeks of inspected manufacturing and then the weekends full of events wasn’t sustainable for just us two!
