A little life update...

For a while now, this page has been about homesteading - building it, growing it, making it with my own hands. That's not changing.

What's changing is the "home" part. After paying off debt as a single mom, I bought an RV - and I'm about to start sharing that whole journey here: the settling in, the financials, the recipes that still work in a tiny kitchen, and the homeschooling life that comes with it.

Same values, same hands on approach. Just a different roof over our heads.

Making beeswax candles for the first time. Added in lavendar and calendula that i harvested last year. The handrolled taper took me 4 tries. It will get better with practice and I need some molds.

but then the hens gave me these today and yesterday and I'm finding it hard to resist. The photo doesn't even do these colors justice. Especially the two circled are an amazing seafoam color 😍
Help me with some reasons why I shouldn't hatch these out 😆
