Did you know beeswax candles are the best for your health?
Making beeswax candles for the first time. Added in lavendar and calendula that i harvested last year. The handrolled taper took me 4 tries. It will get better with practice and I need some molds.

I wasn't planning on doing a hatch this year
but then the hens gave me these today and yesterday and I'm finding it hard to resist. The photo doesn't even do these colors justice. Especially the two circled are an amazing seafoam color 😍
Help me with some reasons why I shouldn't hatch these out 😆

What is it like today where you are at? Here in midcoast Maine, Mother Nature chose winter and snow today but I've chosen spring and put some lettuce seeds in the hydroponic kit.
