This National Small Business Week hits a little differently for us. After many wonderful summers serving fresh roasted corn on the Seaside Heights boardwalk, we won’t be opening for the 2026 season.
It’s a bittersweet moment for our family — this little stand grew because of YOU: the locals who stopped by year after year, the visitors who made us part of their beach tradition, and the community that cheered us on from day one.
While changes outside of our control mean we won’t be returning this summer, our hearts are full. National Small Business Week feels like the right time to say thank you for supporting a true mom and pop dream. Small businesses don’t just sell things — they build memories, friendships, and community. You gave us all of that and more.
We hope the spirit of supporting local continues to thrive here in Seaside Heights. And we hope that when you think of summer, sunshine, and the smell of roasted corn, you’ll remember us with a smile.
