Sanrio for my niece's birthday! 🩷🌈🌸

The figures aren't fondant because I wanted to gift them to my niece. She loved it and was so happy to see her favorite characters on her special cake.

The stunning bride!!

Erika had such a beautiful vision for her backyard wedding. It was held on her home's garden terrace that was tented and hung with lights. Strewn on the tables were cobalt blue linens and bright pink and orange flowers, along with vintage votives. I was working on the cake before the dessert and cake table had a chance to be decorated. I never got a photo, but I know it turned out lovely! I'm so glad I could create a cake for such a beautiful event.

The colors, the florals, the design, the flavors - everything about this cake was so fun to create!

Each tier had a raspberry complementary flavor profile after my own heart!

Going to be making some very late posts before the new year so I can document the last few cakes that made me proud this year.

First up, this 3 tiered, Spanish tile inspired beauty. I stacked and decorated a this cake in 90° weather. It wasn't perfect, but it was as sweet and beautiful as the couple it celebrated ♡

We have extended family here who are celebrating their mother's 101st birthday, and they decided on the cutest 101 Dalmations theme for her special cake. I wanted to make sure this cake was fun and playful but also felt elegant enough for such a momentous occasion.

This beauty was a Black Magic Cake filled with Vanilla Meringue Buttercream and Raspberry Coulis. She definitely looked fabulous inside and out.

What an honor to be asked to make a cake for such a blessed event!
