Confectionery Canvas Creative, educational cake‑decorating and edible art workshops focused on skill‑building, creativity, and community learning.

Classes are hosted in partner venues. Growing up in the Philippines I was mesmerized with the cakes that were created. Although made of icing, they were always decorated elaborately. I started to create cakes for my children, nieces and nephews birthdays so, they can have a one of the kind cake and memories as I did. Baking and Cake decorating has been a creative outlet for me and I am happy to work with each individual person to create a memorable cake for a special event.

Single tier cakes I have made usually do not need cake supports unless it is a very delicate cake.

Fear not we use boba straws if needed!
