Are opening at The Layover Grill in May has been postpone until further notice. Need little more time to get things in place.

You will find me and my smoked meats at this location Monday through Saturday! Opening May 5th! 11am to 8pm.

Been awhile since I posted anything. But giving the making sausage, pepperoni ect…. A go! Have been working on some recipes. Got a few that are dialed in! Heres a list of what I can make.

Beef Cheddar Jalapeño (smoked)
Chicken Basil (smoked)
RNJ All Pork (RNJ rub) (smoked)
Pepperoni Cheese Pizzas Sausage (raw ready for the grill!)
Regular pepperoni
And working on landjaeger.
