Hi friends,
We’re excited to share a small shift with a big heart behind it: Ebb & Company and Windward Adventures are merging to become . At its core, nothing has really changed — it’s still us, still the food & w**e, still the fire and PNW landscapes we love — just with a wider range of events and experiences, in more places, more often.
As part of this transition, we’ll be moving our newsletter to Substack. Subscribe with us there for stories, recipes and videos. The link will be in our profile.
We are also humbly asking for your help with our launch! We are fundraising to bring more of our ideas to life — from seasonal dinners to new classes and coastal trips. There are some great donation gifts too!
In addition, we’re opening the door to collaboration. If you’re a chef, creative, or have a space you’d love to see come alive in a new way, we want to hear from you.
Thank you for being here from the beginning. Follow along to see what we have in store next!
