Hi friends,
We’re excited to share a small shift with a big heart behind it: Ebb & Company and Windward Adventures are merging to become . At its core, nothing has really changed — it’s still us, still the food & wine, still the fire and PNW landscapes we love — just with a wider range of events and experiences, in more places, more often.
As part of this transition, we’ll be moving our newsletter to Substack. Subscribe with us there for stories, recipes and videos. The link will be in our profile.
We are also humbly asking for your help with our launch! We are fundraising to bring more of our ideas to life — from seasonal dinners to new classes and coastal trips. There are some great donation gifts too!
In addition, we’re opening the door to collaboration. If you’re a chef, creative, or have a space you’d love to see come alive in a new way, we want to hear from you.

Our annual Caviar & Chsmpagne party is happening December 18th! Join us in the rooftop greenhouse at for an evening of sipping on the most delicious bubbles from some of the best boutique, family-run Champagne houses in France, all paired with the best caviar the world has to offer.

Our own Stephanie Eburah was the culinary director for since it’s inception in 2007 and is currently an ambassador. CCC are sturgeon farmers and purveyors of sustainable caviar from around the world and we will be pairing caviar bites with select cuvées for an unforgettable tasting experience.

Ticket price includes generous portions of 5 different caviars & champagne pours plus accoutrement, snacks & gratuity. Tickets are limited! Get yours through the link in our profile.

Bring your pantry staples to our favorite little heirloom vintage shop .seattle this Saturday 12:00-6:00 and get a discount on your next treasure. We will be delivering all donations to our local food bank . Let’s support our neighbors facing food insecurity during these uncertain times where we don’t know what direction each day may take. November 6th — We’re celebrating International Sherry Week with an evening of some of our all-time favorite wines & Spanish snacks! of will walk you through the different styles of this historic fine wine of Jerez, Spain: Finos, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez. We’ll discuss history, winemaking and soleras but most of all we’ll drink delicious sherry and eat delicious food.

Just a couple seats left for our fundraiser dinner on September 18th. Our as well as of will be in the kitchen making some of our favorite recipes from Jacques career in including his signature caviar from ! The beloved of will be pouring all the best juice and will finish off the evening with some beautiful bon bons.

Considered the greatest culinary educator of our time, Jacques Pépin has dedicated the majority of his career to teaching technique by authoring over 30 cookbooks and hosting 13 public television series. An iconic chef, author, teacher, television personality, and artist, his legendary impact has touched lives and kitchens across decades and generations.

We are joining the community of the in their biggest fundraising initiative ever: the 90/90 Dinner Series. They are curating 90 ticketed dinners nationwide to celebrate 90 years of Jacques. The goal is to raise a record amount of funds to advance the JPF’s mission of improving lives through culinary education. Through job training in food service for people facing employment barriers nationwide, and improved health and food literacy for all. Proceeds from our dinner will be donated to the foundation to help make a lasting change for the better.

Our chef was lucky enough to collaborate with Jacques back in 2008 to create the first domestic pressed caviar (or Payusnaya) with so chef Pépin holds an especially dear place in our heart and we will most certainly be incorporating this caviar into our menu.

We will start the evening with snacks & wine while we mingle on the rooftop of the building on Phinney Ridge, with a 360 degree view of Seattle. We will then sit down to a 3 course dinner with optional pairings inspired by Jacques recipes throughout his career as we watch the sun set over the Olympics. This will be an intimate, family style meal so seating is limited. We hope you can join us to

Announcing our first 2026 trip we are hosting with our dear friends !

April 18-23: Mallorca, the queen of Spain’s Balearic archipelago, is legendary for its stunning beaches, diverse landscapes, and vibrant culture. Where you can find adventure, relaxation and rich heritage all in one visit. While the hot summer months can be crowded, the shoulder seasons allow you to slow down and take in this stunning island in a more meaningful way. We have fallen in love with the passionate, creative people working on meaningful projects here and we are so excited to introduce you to these inspiring folks caring for the land in their individual, artistic ways.

We will gather for 5 days of exploration where we will hike the Tramuntana Mountains to visit an olive oil producer, walk the vineyards of a natural winemaker championing local indigenous varietals, create beautiful textiles using natural dyes from local botanicals, learn about scent creation and make our own bespoke perfume using essential oils from foraged plants, visit markets and learn about the food and art cultures of the island all the while being cooked for by our own Stephanie Eburah at a gorgeous villa we will call home base, as well as eating at our favorite restaurants and cafes whose chefs focus on the best local, seasonal ingredients from small producers. And don’t forget about the calas, those rocky inlets with golden beaches and turquoise water where we will spend plenty of time swimming and soaking up that Mediterranean sun!
