What a bittersweet honor -- named my Citrus Tiramisu from Ronette's as one of the best dishes of 2022.
As some of you may know, I moved on from Ronettes back in September for many reasons, mostly due to some serious serious burnout. That being said, I am incredibly proud of the menu I created for that space and what I was able to make. Just because it wasn't meant to last forever doesn't mean it wasn't great.
And for those of you all who have asked if I'm still making pasta/food: short term answer is no. BUT BUT BUT I am scheming on some quarterly pop ups for the near future. Because I definitely miss cooking for y'all! I just can't sustain a 7 day a week restaurant. Stay tuned! And please reach out if you have any special events... I love private dinners. And I'm real fun at parties.
