Seattle, this one feels bigger than a popup. ✨

Popcorn Concierge is headed to Taste of the Sound at Fishermen’s Terminal, and for me, this is another step in building a hospitality brand rooted in South Seattle and growing across the PNW.

What started with gourmet popcorn continues to open doors into conversations about plant-based hospitality, local food systems, corporate experiences, culture, and how small businesses can create real value inside larger hospitality spaces.

I’m looking forward to showing up, serving, connecting, and continuing to build with the people shaping Seattle’s food and hospitality community.
