The first time Rob & I ever went to Vegas together, someone had suggested we grab breakfast at Hash House A Go Go. I looked at the menu, and thought maybe. A lot of people think I'm crazy but breakfast food is my least favorite food "genre." Absinthe opened in 2011 and was actually supposed to only have a temporary residency at Caesars Palace. However, the show took off and was a major hit, and 10 years later, it's still going strong. I'm a Gordon Ramsay fan. I like his food, his cookbooks, I follow him on social media. That being said, I have to admit that I've never actually watched a full episode of Hell's Kitchen. I love cooking & baking shows but that one just isn't up my alley, I guess, but it's an iconic show with a massive following. Unfortunately, this is not really my own recipe. It's a good one I found in an old cookie exchange book from Good Housekeeping. Well, it's not the exact recipe but... pretty much.
