summer sausage skillet 🌽🫑🥘☀️

what you’ll need:

24 oz chicken sausage links, sliced 
2 zucchinis, cubed 
1 red bell pepper, cubed
1 green bell pepper, cubed
1 small red onion, cubed 
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
3 corn riblets or ½ cup of canned corn 

For the Carolina Gold BBQ sauce
½ cup yellow mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp chicken bouillon
½ tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 small clove garlic, grated
½ tsp onion powder
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper, adjust to taste

grilled gochujang chicken thighs 🤤

what you’ll need:

2 lbs chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
4 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 tbsp ginger paste

by popular demand here is the recipe for my meal prep creamy bacon broccoli pasta salad !! Recipe is below OR on my site!! caileeeats.com 👏🏻

My bowl is from Crow Canyon Home Enamelware 🤩

12oz short high protein pasta noodle 
4 cups broccoli florets, chopped into bite sized pieces 
8 pieces of bacon, chopped 
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
⅓ cup red onion, finely diced
⅓ cup dried cranberries 
⅓ cup sunflower seeds 
Freshly cracked pepper 

For the dressing 
1/2 cup mayo 
1/2 cup greek yogurt 
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp dijon mustard 
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
½ tsp onion powder 
½ tsp salt 

instructions

1. Cook the pasta until just al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water until completely cool.
2. Place the bacon on a large sheet pan and bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes until crispy. 
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the cooled pasta, broccoli, bacon, cheddar, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower kernels.
5. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can come together. Enjoy!
