We are soooooo excited our 2024 Eritage Vineyard Syrah is in bottle!!
As previous vintages our Syrah was 40% foot stomped to keep some stem inclusion, then fermented in two separate lots, and finished in neutral French oak for 19 months.

We can’t wait to have everyone at the new tasting room!!!
We have had a few delays especially with an electrical issue for our dishwasher, but that is finally in. Whew!! The tasting room itself is at about 95% there, with only a few touches and assembly left to do. We are now waiting on the license. We will set an opening date once we have confirmation on when we can actually open our doors. Thank you all for following this journey!!! So excited to have an opening celebration!

Hello all 🥂
Here is an update of some progress in the new space. We are so close to opening our doors, and are overly excited to host everyone here in the tasting room. It’s been a crazy season thus far with wine on tour and taste Washington, but we can finally say our dream has almost come true 🤩🎉🍷
We will set an opening date once we get the final touches done and let you all know when you can come visit.
What a ride it’s been, and we couldn’t have done it without all your support! Thank you all so much.

If you haven’t had our 2022 Eritage Vineyard Syrah you can now grab a glass 🍷
It pairs with many of the awesome dishes on the menu from pasta to pizza.
Our Syrah was 40% foot stomped for some stem inclusion, then fermented separately before seeing 17 months in neutral French oak.

We just bottled our new 2025 White Bluffs Riesling and our first ever red blend called S*M Blend 🍷
We love the fruit from Bacchus, and Gamache vineyards for our dry Riesling. This wine is very similar to our 2022 vintage with bright acidity, with citrus and tropical notes.
The 2024 S*M Blend is Eritage Vineyard Syrah and Merlot from Dwelley Vineyard here in the Walla Walla Valley.
These two varieties complement each other so awesome! With the heft from the Syrah and the more delicate structure of the Merlot it produces a wine that is pleasing to the pallet with smooth tannins and bright red and black fruits.
The S*M Blend will be released later this year and we are so excited for you all to try our first blend 🍷🤩

We are just so excited we got the keys and opened the door to our new space for the first time 🤩🥂🎉
We can’t wait to have everyone come visit us very soon!
