We recently had the privilege of donating our catering services to a remarkable event—the book launch of "The Manicurist's Daughter." This memoir, a narrative tapestry woven from the experiences of intergenerational trauma and triumph, speaks volumes about the immigrant journey. Through our contribution, we aimed to complement the essence of this powerful evening, celebrating the resilience and rich heritage that defines the immigrant experience. The event also shone a light on the Intergenerational Healing Book Fund, a cause close to our hearts, dedicated to distributing this impactful memoir to immigrants and their children who might not otherwise afford it. We are proud to support such meaningful endeavors that highlight the importance of understanding and healing.

A guilty pleasure for our private fine diners – Fish Sauce-Braised Fried Pork Belly. The dish features perfectly fried pork belly, offering a choice of flavorful Jaew or Talay sauce. Brought to you by popular demand, this dish was inspired by our followers who recently returned from Thailand. We've taken the classic Khao Mun G*i and elevated it to a whole new level with the addition of two delicious chicken variations.

⛰️ The "Salt Braised Chicken" is paired with the Spicy Bean Paste Sauce, representing the rich, brown earth of Thailand.
