Cinnamon rolls meet French toast with this Overnight French Toast Casserole. Prep it the night before for an easy morning bake!

āœ“ 6 oz cream cheese, softened
āœ“ ½ cup powdered sugar
āœ“ 1 tsp vanilla extract
āœ“ 1 loaf brioche, cubed
āœ“ 8 large eggs
āœ“ 1-¾ cups whole milk
āœ“ 1 cup heavy cream
āœ“ ½ cup granulated sugar
āœ“ ¼ cup brown sugar
āœ“ 2 tsp vanilla extract
āœ“ 1 tsp ground cinnamon
āœ“ ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
āœ“ ¼ tsp kosher salt
āœ“ ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
āœ“ ½ cup brown sugar
āœ“ ½ cup all-purpose flour
āœ“ 2 tsp ground cinnamon
āœ“ ¼ tsp kosher salt

šŸ³ Instructions
1. Grease a 9Ɨ13-inch baking dish and add the cubed brioche.
2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then drop dollops over the bread.
3. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
4. Pour custard over the bread, press gently, cover, and chill overnight. Or bake right away after adding steusel.
5. Mix butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F, add streusel, and bake 40–50 minutes until golden and set.
7. Rest 10 minutes before serving.

* Cream Cheese: 8 oz, softened
* Powdered Sugar: 3 tbsp
* Vanilla Extract: 1½ tsp (divided)
* Lemon Zest: ½ tsp
* Eggs: 4 large
* Milk or Half-and-Half: 1 cup
* Brown Sugar: 2 tbsp
* Cinnamon: 1 tsp
* Nutmeg: ½ tsp
* Salt: Pinch
* Butter: For cooking

šŸ³ Instructions
1. Mix Filling: Cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest
2. Assemble: Spread filling between bread slices
3. Whisk Custard: Eggs, milk, brown sugar, spices, vanilla, salt
4. Dip: Quick dunk on both sides
5. Cook: Buttered griddle, 3–4 min per side
6. Serve: Powdered sugar, berries, whipped cream

* 8 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced (or 4oz can, drained)
* 6Ā clovesĀ garlic,Ā minced
* 32Ā ouncesĀ deli-style white American cheese,Ā cubed
* 8Ā ouncesĀ cream cheese,Ā cubed
* 8Ā ouncesĀ pepper jack cheese,Ā shredded
* ā…“Ā cupĀ sour cream
* 10Ā stripsĀ bacon,Ā thin sliced, cooked and crumbled
Optional
* 1Ā cupĀ whole milk
* 1Ā tablespoonĀ corn starch
For the Topping
* 1Ā cupĀ Panko bread crumbs
* 4Ā tablespoonsĀ butter,Ā melted
* ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
* 1Ā tablespoonĀ fresh parsley,Ā chopped
* 2Ā stripsĀ bacon,Ā thin sliced, cooked and crumbled

InstructionsĀ 
1. Preheat the Traeger to 225°F.
2. In a large cast iron skillet sautƩ the diced jalapeƱo peppers. Add the garlic and sautƩ for another 2 minutes.
3. Add the bacon, white American cheese, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and the sour cream to the skillet.
4. Throw the skillet on the Traeger. Smoke for 1½ to 2 hours at 225°F.
5. Optional: after 1 hour, whisk the cornstarch in the milk and add it to the cheese. This will help keep the cheese dippable even once it cools.
6. Increase the Traeger to 400°F.
7. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, melted butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
8. Sprinkle the bread crumb coating on the cheese. Smoke for another 15-20min.
9. Remove the cheese dip from the Traeger and let it cool before serving.
