Wedding Cakes My pastry background began as a youngster, helping mom out in the kitchen. I love what I do, and can't wait to create something delectable for you!

My passion and expertise for food and desserts were realized with internships and experience with the finest Seattle restaurants including Canlis, The Four Seasons, Chateau St. Michelle, and a degree and certification from South Seattle CC in European Pastry.

I’m so proud and excited to share that I passed my ACF Certified Executive Pastry Chef Exam, with a 96%!! Here are some photos of my practical exam, being evaluated!! This has been many years in the making, and it is such a huge step for me in my Chef career! Yay! 👩‍🍳 @ Renton Technical College

Delivered these beauties to Darby Winery for an engagement party. I made s’mores bars with chocolate mousse, ganache, graham crust, and a toasted marshmallow top! In front, I made apple crisp slab pie! Cheers!🥧 @ Darby Winery

Triple Decker Key Lime Pie! Had to make this, as Key Lime Pie is my husband’s favorite! It has a cinnamon-graham cracker crust, classic Key Lime filling for the bottom layer, topped with a Key Lime (no-bake)cheesecake layer, then followed by Key Lime whipped cream rosettes! So yummy!

Gorgeous wedding at Willows Lodge this weekend! Desserts include NY cheesecake bites, salted caramels, chocolate dipped strawberries, and vanilla bean tarts topped with fresh local raspberries. The wedding cake was my Tuxedo cake combination of chocolate and vanilla! The groom received his own WSU Rocky Road ice cream cake! ❤️ @ Willows Lodge
