How lucky are we to have Jeana Janik in the house on September 6th?! She is going to learn us a thing or two about the delicious, mystifying and sometimes intimidating world of Champagne. Jeana is the founder of Rate My Pair who is on a mission to disrupt the notion of gatekeeping in the world of wine- we love. We will be diving into a crash course on Champagne and tasting through three incredible bottles of bubbs. Space is limited so don’t sleep on it, grab a ticket. Link in the bio.

We are throwing down again with Don Pepé Ice Cream Co. next Saturday the 29th and this time we are upping the ABV in our sweet treats.

Expect some fun new flavors, as always, inspired by Zuli’s childhood memories in PR 🇵🇷. Of course we had to hit the menu with a wine float, popsicle side cars and a little vermut topper. ABV free options available but this is a 21+ pop up so bring your inner child but leave the real kiddos with the sitter tonight.

Did you know that we do private events in our space?? Well you are learning today. 8/15 we are hosting a private birthday party for some of our favorite people and will be closed to the public. We will be back tomorrow noon-5 for some Summer Sunday fun.

You too can be amongst our favorites and have Lucys BS all to yourself for your next birthday, bachelorette, high school reunion, dog meet up, book club, corporate meeting or just an evening of flexing and wine maxxing. DM for more details on how to make it happen.

☕ A sweet roll that tastes like biting into tiramisu
🥜 Cardamom latte candied pecans — a little taste of the pecan farm Chef Ryann grew up on, with a little Seattle in every bite

The flight includes the wine to complement!

Chef Ryann was born and raised in Texas, and when she moved to Seattle, she missed some of the flavors she grew up with. This menu is her way of bringing those memories to Washington — with a few Seattle-inspired twists along the way.

Let’s dive into the world of sake through the lense of badass lady brewers on Thursday 7/30. We will have sake expert Bon Lee | 이본 with Namazake Paul Imports guiding us through five uniquely delicious pours that will remind you why sake is a pantry essential. What better way to compliment the lineup than to have onigiri at the ready made by Chef Kayla of Shiku Sushi Ballard. Sake flights 5pm-9pm and onigiri until sold out. See you at the BS babes.

This Saturday come by for a guided flight by the winemaker Rebecca Lanphear of Alli Lanphear Vineyard and discover Washington wine like you’ve never experienced before. To add to this delightful evening we have Chef Alex of Siembra with a menu to match the expressively bright and colorful flavors of Rebecca’s wines.
