Pressing red flesh apples this week and next. Look at the color on these!

One advantage of pressing our own juice, although it takes more equipment and time, is that we get access to these limited orchard runs that are being trialed for commercial use. We press them, decide if they are any good, then provide feedback (if the growers and packers are interested in our opinions at all).

Regardless, we have more flesh rosé c***r coming next spring!

Today we are pressing Asian pears. Giant Mishirasus and beautiful copper colored Chojuros. We also recently released last year's Asian pears in bottle form:

ASIAN PEAR

5.5%

We blended Chorjuro and Mishirasu pears with a splash of our signature Washington apple blend to make this easy-drinking pear-apple c***r. Mellow with notes of green grape and melon.

Get it at your local farmers market or bottle shop.

Club people, look out for an email next week about the new releases. Sorry we bumped it back a month! Harvest does not wait for anyone.

Whole overripe strawberries purchased at the farmers markets goes into our Blush c***r. Out of season or berries or aseptic purees do not come anywhere close to capturing that flavor. Taste the difference at the following farmers markets this weekend :
