Vegan quinoa manapua. Traditionally a Hawaiian meat-stuffed, steamed bun. Here I traded quinoa & sweet onion for meat and used pre-made pizza dough as a super easy short cut. Fun eatin'! www.gretchensgrains.com/recipes
