It always feels like we’re a little late to the fresh hop party, but just think of it as post-season fresh hop, and who’s gonna be mad at that?

This year we decided to do a fresh hop version of Bodhizafa not just because we like it so much, but we like to see what different fresh hops do to the aromas and flavors. Last year we did fresh Mosaic, but this year we’re doing fresh Chinook from CLS Farms giving the b**r rich pine aromas and field fresh character.

Feeling like a pint of something, but on the lighter side? Get to know some of our less flashy, but flavor packed low ABV b**rs on tap!

Macro Dose IPA
At only 3.2% this full-bodied IPA slaps above its weight class with flavors and aromas of ripened navel orange, floral pine and finishes with a snappy bitterness.

Plum Tuckered Fruited Kettle Soured Ale 3.7%
It kicks off with a bright, tangy tartness then quickly pivots into the soft, delectable flavor of orchard-fresh Italian plums sourced from Oregon’s Willamette Valley, ending with a dry, yet slightly sweet finish.

Chill Wave Fruited Kettle Soured Ale 3.2%
A wave of jammy fruit hits you first, then the b**r’s ripe strawberry tartness follows through with a smooth, tangy finish.

8º Czech-Style Pilsner 3.1%
A double decocted Czech pilsner that doesn’t compromise in flavor despite being low in alcohol. The b**r begins with an assertive herbal hop bitterness balanced by notes of fresh baked bread, cracker like maltiness and surprising amount of body that makes it easy to go back for another sip.

The Brother’s Roy Fresh Hop IPA: These two IPAs were made with the same recipe, but utilized different parameters and water profiles to create two unique b**rs! Named for two very good friends of the brewery, both b**rs utilize Columbus, Citra, and Fresh Citra hops from Roy Farms.

Andy’s Version is the Hazy IPA, and just like Andy, this fresh hop is juicy and fresh with all the charming characteristics of sweet orange, sunshine, and Big CEO energy.

Mike’s Version is West Coast. Like Mike, this fresh hop is crisp and tastefully sassy with all the no-nonsense characteristics of orange zest, fresh fields, and a majestic Moxee sunset. This version uses *organic* fresh Citra.
