Before it was a protest, it was a pour.

The five teas the colonists were drinking: Bohea, Congo, Souchong, Hyson, and Singlo, these were the same blends coming into England and across the British Empire. Souchong, still known for its smoky finish, is still popular today.

Want to try them for yourself? Check out Keemun, any of our English Breakfast blends, fine Oolongs such as Tie Guan Yin, Lapsang Souchong, or Gunpowder Green.

History in every cup. More in Part 2.

The Market has everything you need this Summer!

Fresh bread from one vendor. Seasonal produce from another. A beautiful cheese you couldn’t resist. Then the finishing touches that bring it all together: MarketSpice Harissa paired with creamy goat cheese, Chimichurri drizzled over fresh bread, Vegetable Chip Dip for snacking, Honey Mustard dressing for a crisp market salad, and a glass of Farmer’s Market Iced Tea to sip in the sunshine.

Some of the best moments start with a basket full of local ingredients and a little intention.

Supporting local businesses means more than just grocery shopping. It’s investing in your community and turning an ordinary afternoon into something memorable.

And if every great picnic needs a cornerstone, ours is MarketSpice.

What’s your must-have item when you’re building the perfect market picnic?
