Buttermilk Waffles - Fluffy and Delicious!

Want to treat yourself to a delicious and easy breakfast this weekend? Then look no further than these buttermilk waffles! They're fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and perfect with all your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups (around 228 grams) of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 ¾ cups (around 420 ml) of buttermilk
½ cup (around 113 grams) of unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently whisk to combine. Don't overmix!
Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. If it's not non-stick, spray it with some cooking spray.
Pour about ⅓ to ½ cup of batter onto the preheated waffle iron, depending on the size. The batter will spread a bit as it cooks. Cook the waffle for 2-3 minutes, or until the waffle iron indicates it's done.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
