We just restocked our ghee, also known as clarified butter. Made in-house in small batches, it’s a simple kitchen staple with so many uses.

Bake with it, cook with it, or simply spread it over warm toast. You can also use it for searing and grilling thanks to its high smoke point. There are so many ways to enjoy this. Available in the shop now!

There’s never been a better time to visit Pike Place Market! Whether you’re visiting for the first time or playing tourist in your own city, we’d love to share a cup of chai and a taste of Bombay with you.

Sip on our authentic Masala Chai, brewed with fresh herbs and our signature spice blend, then pair it with one of our favorite snacks like Gujarati-style dhokla or bhel. It’s light, fresh, and full of flavor.

Sharing a few more moments from our Grand Opening, a day we’re still smiling about. Being surrounded by friends, family, and this incredible community made it even more special. Every one of you has been part of this journey, and seeing it all come together fills our hearts with gratitude. Sharing our chai has always been about so much more than what’s in the cup. It’s an opportunity to connect, celebrate our culture, and create a space where stories are shared over a warm cup of chai.
