Brand-new fresh hop brews landed on tap today. Get ‘em while you can!

🌳 Fresh Hop Crikey! IPA 6% ABV
Fresh Simcoe hops give Washington’s most awarded IPA a seasonal twist, bursting with mango, peach, mixed berries, ripe orange, and pine over a clean, balanced malt backbone.

🌿 Fresh Hop Double Crush Hazy DIPA 8% ABV
Freshly picked Simcoe brings grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot, and berry in addition to its signature woodsy, pine, and resinous dank character to an already citrusy and tropical hazy double IPA that is dripping ripe orange, peach and coconut.

Taking a quick breather to celebrate the team behind the b**r 🍻

Our brewhouse and hospitality crew work tirelessly to keep the cold b**r flowing and the taprooms welcoming, and today we’re taking some well-deserved time to raise a glass with each other!

To celebrate all of our hard work, incredible community support, and an unforgettable summer season—including an absolute blast of a World Cup run—both of our taprooms will be CLOSED today, Tuesday, September 8th for our annual team celebration.

The moment we’ve been waiting for all year is finally here. Come get your very first taste of the 2026 harvest season!

We just tapped our first two small-batch fresh hop kegs at both our Ballard & Downtown Seattle taprooms:

🍺 Fresh Hop Simcoe B**r
✨ Fresh Hop Simcoe Hop Fizz

What makes these so special? We added wet, freshly harvested Simcoe hops straight to these kegs as a cold-conditioned addition for 24 hours before transferring them directly to our taprooms. They are packed with ultra-fresh, bright, resinous aromatics you can only get right now!

(Note: Today, Sept 4th, is a single draft draft keg of each at each location only—no live music or cans today, but live tunes kick off next week!)

These limited harvest batches go FAST, so don’t wait. Stop by the taproom today, grab a pint, and raise a glass to the start of fresh hop season!
