CC's Mochiko Cupcakes Alysa is a self-taught baker and delights in experimenting and creating her tasty mochiko cupcake confections. All of CC's Mochiko Cupcakes are GLUTEN FREE.

What is mochiko? Mochiko is also known as rice flour. The properties of mochiko lends the chewy texture to CC's Mochiko Cupcakes and make these treats stand out from all the rest.
