October 2, 2026 — Seven years without you, forever in our hearts.

Tomorrow marks seven years since we said goodbye to our beautiful Mamma Enza, the heart and soul of Mondello.

My mother was more than an incredible cook. She was the inspiration behind Mondello, bringing the love, flavors, and traditions of our beautiful Sicily to every dish she created.

She was my mother, my teacher, and my inspiration. Above all, she was a loving grandmother to her beautiful granddaughter Aurelia, who adored her and misses her more than words can express.

Seven years have passed, Mamma, but your love is still with us every day. Every homemade pasta, every family recipe, and every guest who walks through our doors reminds us of you.

Your love and legacy will live forever through our family and Mondello.

Ti vogliamo bene, Mamma e Nonna. Ci manchi tantissimo. ❤️
