I was commissioned to make a cake for a birthday this past weekend. I only have two photos from the party goers as I was too busy working on it up to the last minute to take any myself. Moral of the story is NEVER wait till the last minute, I was so stressed out I was literally shaking. Anyway here is my triple chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling and chocolate ganache buttercream 🎂

This last weekend I spent paying homage to the end of the summer season and the beginning of Autumn by baking! The pies are freshly picked Apple and Blackberry, picking was part of the fun. I also tried a new pie crust recipe from the latest Macrina cookbook Seasons, it's amazing!
