We tried out some new recipes and this one was a clear winner! This is not just your average Blue cheese & Bacon burger...

The burger itself is meatloaf inspired! It's special blended with 95% lean ground beef, chopped carrots, blue cheese, onions and a signature blend of herbs and spices. Once cooked, the "browns" in the pan were used to create a red wine and bourbon sauce to top off this masterpiece burger... But that's not all!

Served on toasted potato bread, this burger was also layered with spicy stone ground mustard, crispy fried onions, MORE blue cheese, a cherry tomato chutney, and BACON! But not just any bacon... This bacon was pan fried to perfection with a spicy garlic-chili sauce, then caramelized with brown sugar...

Oh! And let's not forget the fresh cut fries and made from scratch sourcream-ranch dipping sauce. Now, who wants one?! :D
