Chophouse Row Chophouse Row is a mix of loft office space, retail marketplace and residential penthouses in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle. in the Pike-Pine neighborhood.

Chophouse Row is the last stage of our multi-year redevelopment of a cluster of properties bounded by 11th, 12th and Pike St. Completed in spring of 2015, it includes 5,500 SF of retail, 25,000 SF of office space and three penthouse apartments. The mix of historic and modern structures surrounds an outdoor retail pedestrian plaza in the center of the block that provides a walk-through connection f

rom 12th Avenue to 11th Avenue. Ground floor alley and courtyard tenants include: Meetea Cafe, Marmite, Spirit in the Bottle, Goodweather Bicycle & Cafe, Sweet Alchemy Ice Creamery, Bootyland Kids & Shop Two Owls, La Dispensa, Butter Home, YVEY Salon, Cake Skincare and PLAY on the Hill.

Capitol Hill is getting a runway. 👠✨

On May 16–17, Pike/Pine Social is turning the Pike/Pine corridor into a full weekend of fashion, food, music, shopping, and neighborhood-wide creative energy. More than 50 independent businesses across Capitol Hill are teaming up for pop-ups, live performances, wine tastings, open studios, seasonal drops, DJ sets, and special in-store experiences all weekend long.

Expect designer and vintage vendors, courtyard runway shows at Chophouse Row, live music around Melrose Market, beauty activations, art installations, and enough excuses to wander Pike/Pine all day long.

Featured businesses and collaborators include Glasswing, Barn Owl Vintage, Likelihood, Standard Goods, Retail Therapy, Veridis, Mediums Collective, Flora and Henri, The Refind, The Finerie, and more.
