Last night the Washington B**r Awards announced the fresh hop winners for the annual Washington brewers association awards and we were fortunate enough to bring home three medals! We worked our asses off this fresh hop season and to have that recognized is truly an honor.

We currently still have hex me on draught and in cans at both taprooms. Dreamflower is still on draught but cans are long gone and we only have a couple of Cone and Cone 4-packs in Interbay.

Huge thanks to Washington B**r Awards and congratulations to our homies who won awards. We’ll see you all in November for the WA craft b**r summit.

Both of our taprooms just got our share of WETWIRED - our yearly fresh hop Mosaic collab with Cloudburst Brewing !! We’ll have a limited amount of cans and draft available today when we open at 2pm.

This year’s wetwired was brewed at cloudburst and absolutely packed with wet, fresh, green mosaic hops from Perrault Farms Inc. . Come get it while it lasts.

This is our final fresh hop b**r for this year’s harvest! HBC (Hop Breeding Company) 1183 is an experimental hop that has been released in very small amounts for brewers to do some trial with. This has lineage to Krush, and has characteristics of candied pineapple, stone fruit and mango. We get a lot of meyer lemon, yuzu and some subtle pine. We were very lucky to get a bunch of freshly picked 1183, and were able to make a single batch. Let us know what you think, but we see a lot of potential in this hop as it goes through its trials.

HBC 1183 is available on draught and in 4-packs in both taprooms today at noon. This fresh hop season has been truly incredible and we’re excited to cap it off with this unique hop variety.

Today in our Phinney Ridge taproom we have a single keg of our fresh hop collab with Varietal B**r Co. - CIT

Our 2026 annual fresh hop collab is a vibrant, citrus, hazy IPA featuring fresh, unkilned Citra hops from Leon Loza Jr. and Carpenter Ranches LLC. . We packed the hops into this sucker - freezing the hop cones before chopping them to pack as many pounds as possible into our mashtun/hopback for the hot-side infusion. It’s intense and won’t last long. There are currently a handful of 4-packs at both of our taprooms.

HEX ME, our penultimate fresh hop can of the year is still coming off the canning line but will be on draught and in 4-packs when the taprooms open at 2pm. Our friend, rock star brewer, and master pizza maker, Anthony from ROOT + BRANCH joined us for what turned into a long brew day, after we found out where the line was (and then crossed it) for the amount of fresh, wet hops we could put into our mash tun. This b**r is absolutely saturated in fresh Perrault Farms Inc. Mosaic and Krush. You do not want to miss this one, it’s an absolute banger.

HEX ME is our most adventurous fresh hop batch to date. We packaged nearly 30 pounds per barrel of Mosaic & Krush fresh hops into a neat and tidy West Coast IPA base. Accented by a bunch of Columbus Cryo, we sought major wet hop saturation by further piling Cryo Fresh Mosaic and Krush into the dry hop. While dense with fresh hop character, Hex Me showcases massive blueberry and passionfruit aromas before slipping into a full embrace of cannabis and pine depths.

Hex me 4-packs and long sleeve comfort colors tees are available in both taprooms and in our online store.

We’re just about to wrap up our 2026 Hop Harvest. We’re tired and can’t really form complete sentences, but our hearts are overflowing with the friends who dropped by the brewery, caught up with east of the mountains, and the new friends we made. Seriously, thank you to everyone that took the time to stop by and say hi.

Fresh hop #5 is off the canning line! CONE AND CONE !!!

This year’s Cone and Cone is loaded and saturated with freshly picked Citra on the hotside, and then stuffed with Fresh Frozen Citra Cryo and Strata in the tank. Absolutely bursting with grapefruit, passionfruit, and strawberry for yet another Holy Mountain Fresh Hop Experience that will overwhelm your senses in the best possible way.

We now have 4 very different fresh hop IPAs available ion draught and in cans at both taprooms. It’s madness. They won’t last long.
