🍻 It’s with heavy hearts that we announce our doors will be closing.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support. There’s no better way to say thank you and share how much we’ll miss you than through the words of Dave.

So, without further ado, here’s our final “Dave Drinks Beer.” Cheers to all the memories! ❤️

This is a shoutout to our totally badass bartenders. 🍎🍺

They’ve poured thousands of ciders and beers during their time here, and we truly could not have done it without them. You have been the heart of our taproom, and we could not have asked for a more incredible group of humans.

Thank you for the long days, the long nights, the endless events, and for helping thousands of people, all while keeping those adorable smiles and great attitudes.

I can barely make it through this post without tearing up. It’s been an amazing ride.

We’ve made so many incredible memories here, from Shark Week to blowout events with kittens, from karaoke nights where we sang our hearts out to Ryan tattooing us with apples and who knows what else.

This chapter may be coming to an end, but we know our team is moving on to amazing things, and anyone would be lucky to have them.

And of course, thank you to all the bartenders who have been part of this journey over the years.

🍊Tangerine Turmeric - 6.9% ABV

🍎Winesap (single varietal) - 6.9% ABV

🐝Sweet Summer (raspberries, rosehips, and honey) - 6.9% ABV

🍏Winter Imperial (Winter Banana single varietal) - 8.4% ABV
- Winter Banana apples offer a subtly tropical aroma with mild notes of banana or pineapple, and a balanced sweet-tangy flavor.

Big thanks to Washington Beer Blog for sharing our exciting news about pFriem Family Brewers joining us as our Brewery in Residence for the month of pFebruary. 🍻❤️

Hey Seattle, pFriem pFebruary is almost here. For its final month of operations, Seattle Cider Taproom invited pFriem Family Brewers to serve as its 'Brewery in Residence.' All month, they'll dedicate several taps to pFriem beers. Not just the regular stuff, but some special stuff too. A rotating selection, taster flights, and all the goodness that make this one of the Northwest's most esteemed breweries. At the end of February, the taproom closes permanently. End of an era, but welcoming pFriem for this residency? What a way to go out! All the details on the blog, linked down there 👇

Announcing pFriem pFebruary! 🍻

February is the final month of operation for Seattle Cider Taproom and we are ending things on a high note with an incredible Brewery in Residence and a line up of events that are not to be missed!

We’re teaming up with all February for tap takeovers, $9 flight nights every Monday, Industry Nights every Tuesday, a spooky-fun Friday the 13th with a mini maker market, live tattoos & tarot, our official farewell party on Feb 20, and one last Kill the Keg sendoff on Feb 26.

It’s a full month of great beer (and cider, of course), great people, and one hell of a goodbye.

Come celebrate craft, community, and everything that made this place special. 💛
