Our first day at the debut Seattle Waterfront Market was a serious blast. Awesome weather, vendors, fried oysters and a chance encounter with Pirates Plunder here on Pier 57.

Blue October was playing in the store so that has to be a great omen! Cross your swords and hooks for that one folks. Hopefully some fun news soon!

Seattle Christmas Market

These two decided to spend their 10 year wedding anniversary working in my hut last night. So tonight it was all about surf and turf off the wood fired grill for the couple that could've taken the night off yesterday.

Meet Marc and Angie. I'd go through their accomplishments but #1, I'm not trying to intimidate you and #2, we don't have half a day for the conversation.

She is a monster manager, artist ass kicker. He is a goddamn genius- whatever it takes- type mf. I have no doubt the restaurant gods sent them.
