Aloha Maple Valley! 🌺

We’re super excited to finally share that Keola’s Mochi and Eats will be at the Maple Valley Farmers Market starting May 30th! 🤙

Starting May 24th, you’ll also be able to place online pre-orders for market pickup so you can skip the long lines and grab your mochi quick and easy 🙌

Every weekend we attend, we’ll have assorted Butter Mochi and Chichi Dango available, with flavors rotating weekly. We love switching things up, so expect different flavors, seasonal drops, and new treats throughout the market season 🍓🍵✨

Some weekends may sell out fast, so pre-ordering is the best way to make sure you get the flavors you want!

Make sure to keep your notifications on so you can stay updated on our flavor menu and any new (wink 😉) products we’ll be bringing to the market 👀🌈

Say hello to our Sapin Sapin inspired Chichi Dango 🍡🇵🇭 a beautiful Filipino twist on one of our favorite treats.

Sapin Sapin is a traditional Filipino dessert known for its colorful layers 🌈 and soft, chewy texture. The name itself means “layers”, representing the different flavors and colors stacked together in every bite. Traditionally made with glutinous rice flour and coconut milk 🥥, Sapin Sapin is often layered with beloved flavors like ube 💜, jackfruit 🌼, and coconut 🥥, creating a rich, sweet, and nostalgic dessert that brings comfort, celebration, and culture to the table ❤️

At Keola’s Mochi and Eats, we wanted to honor part of our roots by creating our own dango version 🍡 blending the nostalgic flavors of ube, coconut, and jackfruit into our signature soft and chewy Chichi Dango.

This flavor is currently available exclusively for catering orders 🎉 with possible future releases at upcoming events and pop ups 🛍️ 👀✨

✨ Build Your Future at the STEAMpire Expo 2025! ✨
Join us on Saturday, November 8th from 10AM–2PM at Tyee High School in SeaTac, WA, for the first-ever BIPOC S.T.E.A.M. Resource Fair hosted by African Community Housing & Development.

This exciting event is designed to inspire Black and Brown youth through hands-on exhibits, interactive stations, live performances, and valuable community resources from schools, employers, and local organizations.

We’re proud to share that Keola’s Mochi & Eats was invited as a featured BIPOC business, connecting with youth about entrepreneurship and sharing our love for Hawaii-inspired desserts. 💜
