🥂 Back in March I didn’t think this was going to be possible. So relieved to have passed Stage 1 of the MW exam! It’s just the first hurdle and there’s a very long road ahead, but the sacrifices I had to make with the business (pausing the w**e club), having to choose studying over some friend events, time away from the family for endless trips to Napa (spent in a conference room instead of a w**ery) all seem more worth it now.

💕 Thank you to my study buddies all around the world, my mentors, my Seattle tasting group buddies, super sweet friends and my husband and kiddos. It’s impossible to study this much without support and encouragement!

🍷📚 Now it’s time to get back into learning mode for the daunting Stage 2, but I’ll do so with renewed enthusiasm and drive!

WSET Diploma with Merit! 🥂🍾 It’s official!

Hundreds of grape cards on the walls all around the house, endless hours of study walks and talks with my best study buddy , hundreds of w**es from all around the world tasted and dissected, 5 hand-written essay exams and 1 research paper… and now FINALLY DONE!

Will exhale and then look forward to applying for the MW (Master of W**e) program in May! 📚🍷

I met the best, driven, talented people in the program and learned so damn much. The fire is now only stronger.
