Fresh hops are here! We are dropping All Points West today, a collab with Mirage B**r. This IPA features fresh Strata hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon and fresh Citra from Carpenter Ranches in Granger in the Lower Yakima Valley. It smells like a van full of fresh hops waiting to be brewed with - fortunately we’ve already done that for you!

It’s fresh hop season! We have all three we are doing in the tank! Here are some deets:

All Points West – Collaboration with Mirage B**r
Release Date: Later half of the week of 9/14
West Coast IPA
Hot Side Hops: Crosby Farms Strata
Cold Side Hops: Carpenter Ranches Citra
Brewed at our South Park facility in collaboration with Mirage Brewing. We pulverized the Strata with the trusty Super Handy, then scraped out all the lupulin and did a hop dip with it. It was the most perfumy brew day we’ve ever experienced – intense and awesome!

C+C Hop Factory
West Coast IPA
Release Date: Sometime the week of the 21st
Hot Side Hops: 75% Carpenter Ranches Simcoe, 25% Crosby Estate Amarillo
Cold Side Hops: Carpenter Ranches Mosaic
We are excited for this one. Most fresh hop b**rs tend to be single hop on the hot side or cold side because farms are usually only harvesting one varietal at a time. We had an opportunity with this one to grab some Amarillo from Crosby that another brewery was picking up while we were going to get our own Simcoe from Carpenter. So we blended the two on the hot side.

Green Envy
Release Date: Sometime the week of the 28th
American Pale Ale
Hot Side Hops: Carpenter Ranches Citra
Cold Side Hops: Carpenter Ranches Idaho 7
Green Envy has become our Citra focused b**r. Some years it is an IPA, some a pale ale. This year we already had two IPAs scheduled, so we went pale. It may be a lower ABV, but we still cram the same amount of fresh hops in!

Draft Ass IPA is an all Citra IPA West Coast IPA named so because some silly person tagged our dumpster. You can also order Draft IPA and our bartenders will know what you’re talking about.
