The word wonderlust, not to be confused with the term wanderlust, refers to more than just travel, it specifically describes the lust to find the wonder of the world, and that can take many forms including and especially food. This search leads the Wonderlust Catering team to the country of India in search of true indian cuisine and how to hopefully bring it back to the pacific northwest. The Wond

erlust Tasting Guide to India will be an account of chef Michael Stamey and partner Eleanor Withrow's travels and adventures throughout India in early 2016 as well as several recipes and culinary secrets the team discovers throughout their journey. It will be meant to be both a fun cookbook for people who want to learn a bit about indian food and how to cook it at home as well as a resource and travel guide for those who want to one day explore the Indian subcontinent in search of its culinary delights! The book which will be published next year will be fully illustrated with the help of several of Seattle’s most amazing artists including Crystal Barbre, Casey Weldon, Levi Hastings and members of a local art group The Drawnk!
