Fresh Hop season is a special time to be a b**r drinker in Washington!

For a short window each year, we get the chance to brew with freshly harvested hops straight from our friends at local Washington farms. It’s one of our favorite times of the year, and we’ve got THREE Fresh Hop b**rs pouring to celebrate...

Green Grocer | 6.4% ABV
A Wet Hop IPA brewed with fresh Dolcita hops from Perrault Farms, alongside Citra, Dolcita, and Citra Cryo.

Hopyard Bines | 7.0% ABV
A Wet Hop West Coast IPA brewed with fresh Krush hops from Perrault Farms, backed by Nectaron, CTZ, and Centennial.

Harvest Chronicles | 5.6% ABV
A Wet Hop West Coast Pilsner brewed with fresh Strata hops from Coleman Agriculture, along with Adeena, Strata, Strata CGX, and Citra.

Think you’ve got what it takes to be Gasworks Trivia Champions?

We’re kicking off our Gasworks Trivia Tournament on October 13th, and for the next six weeks your team will have the chance to compete for trivia bragging rights and special prizes!

October 13th - November 17th, Tuesdays at 7 PM

Here’s how it works:

1. Keep the same team name throughout the tournament and designate a captain and co-captain
2. You don’t have to attend every week to participate BUT it will affect your overall score by then end of the tournament.
3. You can join the tournament at any point but will not be able to make up past rounds.
4. The second-to-last-place team each week gets to choose a trivia category for the following week.
5. Teams are limited to 8 players.
6. Free for anyone to play.

Just make sure your captain or co-captain follows us on Instagram and is reachable in case your team wins!

Prizes:

1st - (3) 4-packs, $100 gift card, name on a plaque
2nd - (2) 4-packs and $50 gift card
3rd - (1) 4-packs and $30 gift card

Cant wait to see y’all for the not so friendly competition!

We’ve made a few changes for the new season and we’re ready to get everyone back in the sim. Spots are limited for both leagues, so get your crew together and lock in the night you want!

Monday League
Starts Monday, October 19th | 7–9:30 PM

Wednesday League
Starts Wednesday, October 21st | 7–9:30 PM

Email [email protected] with your preferred league, then stop by Gasworks to pay and secure your spot. First come, first served!

The brewers and some of the Gasworks crew headed out to Yakima Valley this weekend to get hands-on with the hops and start picking out what we’ll be brewing next year!

We learned that good b**r starts long before it hits the tap... thanks to Yakima Chief Hops for hosting our hop selection and to Roy Farms for showing us the amazingly complicated process that we take for granted when it comes to hop prodcution!

The next chapter of Harvest Chronicles is finally here!

You know it’s gotta be a West Coast Pils with wet Strata delivered by the fine folks from Indie Hops LLC and Coleman Agriculture alongside Adeena, Strata, Strata CGX, and Citra.

Crispy, mangoey, and packed with that fresh character you can only get this time of year. From the farm to the brewery and straight into your glass.

The first of three fresh harvest releases is here come taste it while it’s fresh! Now pouring and sold in 4-packs.

Lab is back in session!

It may be wet hop season (trust us, they’re coming) but harvest also gives us an excuse to collab with the rad folks from Latitude 46 and Roy Farms again!

Introducing Latitude Labs Vol. 4, a 5.8% West Coast Pilsner. This round features experimental hop ADHA-218 alongside Adeena, Chinook, and Chinook CGX bringing a new hop into the mix while keeping that crisp, hop-forward character we love in a West Coast Pils. It’s lightly tropical and with a hit of piney bitterness.

Latitude Labs Vol. 4 is now pouring and sold in 4-packs.
