It's been a long, treacherous, stressful week thanks to Hurricane Milton. Our thoughts are with those who suffered the most from the storm and hope they get the support they need to recover quickly. We're REOPENING the Taproom FRIDAY 10/11 @ NOON so you can take a break, grab a pint/wine/cider to unwind a little and share stories with friends & neighbors. We'll even cook a hot meal for you. Live performance Friday night @ 6:30 by Mathew Maverick of the Drifting Roots.☮️

One of these things is not like the other....Why does craft beer cost more and taste better? Ingredients is a good place to start. Mass-produced "industrial beer" uses things like rice solids and corn sugar as their base ingredient. Not because it tastes better, but because its CHEAPER! Craft beer on the other hand starts with malted barley or wheat as the base because it makes better beer. From the farm to the maltster to your local craft brewery. Just like Brewers would have done 100 years ago. Sure, you can save a couple of $ buying rice and corn beer, but don't you deserve a pint brewed with natural, unprocessed ingredients? Hell yeah you do! Face it, beer is good! Pareidolia Brewing Co.

Rumors are funny things aren't they? Who knows where they originate and where they'll go? So long as they're harmless, they can be downright funny! Here are 2 rumors that made us chuckle:

1." Did you hear? Pareidolia Brewing Co. is going to stop brewing all dark beers."
We can honestly say, with smiles on our faces, BOTH of these rumors are 100% false!
We LOVE us some Stouts and Porters and will continue offering some version year round. We've been brewing Slow Paddle Porter for about 8 years now. We'll be tapping Let's Get Together Imperial Stout blended with a barrel-aged barley wine very soon that's only been available in 22oz bombers in the past.

2. " I heard that Pareidolia Brewing Co. will be permanently closing soon."
As for us closing? Hell no! We literally just reached a decade in business last week and will be celebrating that anniversary on Nov.16th with music by String Daddy & Souljam as well as a food truck, giveaways and more.

So now that we put those rumors to rest, let's get back to brewing some beers!🍻
