Six giant trolls are soon to be hiding in New York State! That's right...the "traveling trolls exhibit" known as "TROLLS: Save the Humans", will be coming to The Wild Center in Tupper Lake on June 1st of 2026...just in time to get out and enjoy the warm weather! This outdoor exhibition features six folklore-inspired trolls created by artist Thomas Dambo…and it travels around the US to a different location every few months. Built entirely from reclaimed materials, the larger-than-life sculptures encourage visitors to reconnect with nature and care for the planet. But as all good things must end, these trolls will pack up and move to a new home on October 31st of 2026, so you’ll only have five months to get out and find them at the Wild Center in New York!

A handy, hopeful friend to animals who shares her message through bright birdhouses, believing humans can still change.

A wild spirit who spreads muddy art everywhere, then finds peace the moment he starts to paint.
📍Ronja Redeye – The Speaker Troll
Small but powerful, she leads with strong words and a clear voice that comes straight from the heart.
📍Kamma Can – The Treasure Troll
A maker who sees beauty in trash and wonders why humans throw away such colorful materials.
📍Rosa Sunfinger – The Botanical Troll
She brings life back using plants, showing how nature can heal forgotten things.
📍Sofus Lotus – The Listening Troll
Quiet and thoughtful, he listens closely to every sound and watches how light and shadows shift.
