We are a new hard cider business in Sonoma County, California, dedicated to the goal of bringing delicious, all-natural artisan ciders to the Bay Area and beyond. Our ciders are crafted with love of community, love of place, love of work well done, and love of the good things that come from the land. y exceptional drink. The revival of cider, once a giant among beverages, is gaining pace with astonishing vitality - and it’s a movement we are very excited to join. In its time of long neglect, cider has devolved into a sugary drink with no depth, a kind of alcoholic juice for people who don’t like wine or beer. But, as the cider revival is now making clear, it doesn’t need to be that way: the right apples and the right yeast can work wonders if given the right kind of attention. The new frontier of cider, we believe, lies in combining the down-to-earth homeyness of beer with the complexity and striking terroir of good wine. In our products, we aim for purity of ingredients, a balanced palate, and a deep and evocative complexity. We are taking the leap of starting our online presence while the project is still in its early stages. Growing an endeavor such as this will take time, and so we look forward to having the support of our community as we take the many steps along the way. The title of this page, for example, is just an interim name. We've sent some possible business names to Sacramento to check for availability.
